These original workshop buildings were rescued by an architect in 1992.   They were extended and given new life as characterful, well-lit offices and studios.

Perfectly situated just a few minutes walk from Chiswick High Road, it is close enough for shops and transport but has much quieter and more intimate surroundings.

Part of its charm is that it is on a more individual scale than many business centres.  Its Victorian buildings are grouped around a central garden yard.  The spaces range from one to five or six person size. There is a meeting room, kitchen, basement storage and all the rest.   In fact there is everything you would expect from a serviced office except without the formality of centralised reception or telephone answering... and you can sit out in the garden on sunny days.

Rates are competitive. Lettings are on a licensed basis and though of course some businesses come and go making spaces available from time to time, many have been there since the start.
