The Courtyard is ‘a gem’ but don’t take our word for it! Come along and see? Our Victorian buildings in their garden setting have a peaceful and secluded charm and yet are only a few minutes walk from the bustle of central Chiswick with its commerce and transport links. Acton, Ealing and Hammersmith are within easy reach too.
We keep our costs lower than larger centres. And while many charge extra for business rates, use of meeting room and even electrical utilities, we don’t do this. All are within the rental. There is free parking for four cars on a first-come basis and a secure space for bikes. The offices range from one to eight person size. Some self-contained. Others in our lofty studio are partitioned off into private units. We have reception, meeting room, kitchen, broadband and all the rest, and 24 hour access, all the important things you would expect from a serviced office. We are a busy and friendly community at The Courtyard. And you can sit out in the garden on sunny days.
